We are currently
looking to expand our International support team for all three geographical
markets; Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
For this reason, we are looking for students
who speak Danish, Swedish or German fluently as well as feel comfortable
attending international customers in English.
Job offer
Working in our customer support team your main
role is helping our customers with their rentals or property search providing
technical support and guidance for best practices as well as handling the
occasional complaints and frustrations from the customers along the way. Besides
the dialogue with customers you will be assigned to different back office tasks
such as ensuring the quality of the content on our sites and sharing the
feedback provided by the customers with our product team and marketing for
further improvement of the services provided.
You will be part of a dedicated team,
consisting of both full-time and student employees, ensuring that you are
trained well and feel comfortable attending the daily tasks but also that
everyone has a variety of assignments rather than being stuck on the phone or
chat for the whole day. As the company representative you will have a strong mandate
to find the best solution for the customer within the framework of the company
guidelines, always with the support of your colleagues in the team in case you
need guidance.
Our former and current student employees represent
a wide variety of study fields and career goals, but everyone gain experience
from performing a real job, with great responsibility, strong communication and
technical skills as well as collaboration both within the team and across the
organization.
Requirements
We are searching for students on BA- or
MA-level with preferably min. 1½ years of your studies remaining, to work
aprox. two days / 12-15 hours a week as part of a multilingual team, assigned
to the market(s) matching your language skills. We expect you to:
- Be
empathetic and open-minded towards colleagues and customers alike
- Have
strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your guidance to the
customer needs
- Have
a high work ethic and focus on the details as well as the bigger picture
- Show
initiative and adapt general guidelines to targeted solutions
- Work
well in a team and take responsibility for the team to reach it’s objectives
- Be
flexible in terms of schedule – we plan one month in advance, within the
opening hours of Monday-Sunday 9 am – 9 pm
